in 2006 in Vienna, SELECTAS expanded international. Our growth is based
on our clients' trust by successfull role placements. The company name SELECTAS comes from a Latin word "selectio" which means selection. The technical term "
search
& selection" describes the procedure of search and preselection of the right candidates.
SELECTAS® is a registered trademark.
The company's mission is to assist private companies and government organizations to implement leadership quality into their keyfunctions, especially by placing the right people to sales & marketing and executives positions.

Management
Dr. Susanne Edlinger is the founder and managing director
of SELECTAS© Workforce Management and works as a sparring partner
for executives as an executive coach.
After graduating from University of Business Administration
& Economics in Vienna with a master's degree of Business
Administration completed with her master's thesis entitled Lean
management and Kaizen, Mrs. Edlinger continued her doctoral studies with a concentration in sociology, labour economics and mathematics. She received her doctoral degree Ph.D with distinction.
Her main research interest is in the area of labour economics and labour
markets and her doctoral thesis analyzes the scope of unemployent and
work satisfaction. She started her career with one of the hardest HR agendas. One of her first working experience in Human Resource Department was to shut down a part of plant in Germany. She worked with SIEMENS AG Deutschland, BMG Bertelsmann Music Group and Frequentis and had executive functions with VAMED and ÖBB.
